Well this is not a comparison between a slower Harley and either a Yugo, or something from Fiat Group. That poor lad of a host is being starved to madness by whoever produces these videos!
He does run very counter to the untrue stereotype of fat Americans though.
No German cars on the list or Mustangs\Camaros.

why did they choose a z06 ? shouldn't it be back at the shop for its electric gremlins and and other mechanical failures ?

it managed to make it on the top 10 list of ......... well, it's a murican ride and it's no surprise and it finished last in this shootout before the engine was grenaded or someone else might have been hurt. there's too much hate generated through out its power/drivetrain that it causes it to overheat

Yet here the P1 lost to the bike. Did they use fat blokes to ride the bikes? They were easily 10mph slower at the mile mark

Never heard of Masterbike? Each year several big european bike magazines test the new sport machines on a track with different drivers. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Masterbike its a bit outdated. https://www.1000ps.ch/testbericht-3000963-superbike-vergleichstest-2015
The german magazine is Motorrad. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fIbNNqyVa_M

So I wonder if an ACR or GT3 would have the same advantage in lapping over a very fast street legal bike?

On a twisty circuit, yes.

The Superbike guy was a mechanic but must have used power tools as his strongest hand had 79 lbs of grip while David's was 116 lbs. An active F1 driver could. easily be at 130-140 lbs. Many of your train pulling countrymen would be at 250 lbs plus while Savickis is at 300 or so (137 kg)!

I wonder how the Matrix reloaded Ducati would do against the "Nio" electric car.

Anyone see David Coulthard in a RB F1 car vs a Superbike champion? The results were sometimes surprising except when they lapped. The superbike only had to do three laps in the time it took David to do four...but still couldn't do it. Downforce Downforce Downforce was key. Incidentally F1 racing apparently builds a much stronger grip than Superbike racing lol.

No bike ever, in million quadrillion years will get within a lightyear of a Formula 1 car.

I am big fan of motorbikes, but I just have to accept reality :D

Since we are on the superbike vs supercar subject - there is a gem I found in DeDe's scans: https://www.facebook.com/fastestlapscom/photos/a.1748986452005950.1073741828.1742590009312261/1898317477072846/?type=3&theater

I will add the data shorty. Great to add some bike acceleration data in a long while.
