 User who added this laptime typed "OPC DVD from Sport Auto" or something like
that as reference link. Well, this is no valid reference so I deleted that lap
time.

| y dnt u put the opels as vauxhalls - i think they r designed in britain as
vauxhalls - so y cal them opels - besides astra VXR sounds loads more aggressive
than OPC

| I think they are 100% German. Both vauxhalls and opels. Because they are the
same. And both German.

| vauxhalls a british brand and i thought all vauxhalls were designed vauxhalls in
britain and the euro-cars were just rebadged opel - anyway vrx does sound loads
cooler

| nope sorry - i think u were right - vauzhalls are designed in Germany - by a
brit i think but still designed in germany - but VXR is a subsidery of Vauxhall
and i think the vxr's are british - they make the VX220 and VXR8 - which - i
think are only rver badged vauxhall

| If they were British, Mr Jeremy Clarkson wouldn't be so nasty and hateful about
them. The truth is Vauxhalls/Opels are great mainstream cars - much better than
anything Britain can offer.

| um aston martin is owned by dave richards who is british - and lotus - though
owned by proton is run in norfolk and finances itself

| Vauxhall designes nothing..the last car that was in production designed by
Vauxhall dates back into 1979. Since that time all "Vaushall" are rebaged Opel.
Today only a very small production is left in the UK most Vauxhall are produced
in the Opel plants in Belgium and Germany. VXR is just the UK Name for the Opel
OPC divicon ..not a single screw at all curret Vauxhall´s is developt by a
british. The whole developtment is done by Opel Rüsselsheim Germany...the
leading arm of GM outside the USA for small and midzie cars... the only car sold
by Vauxhall not comeing directly from Opel is the Monaro which is a 100% GM
Holden Aussi design...
Today Vauxhall is only a brand name to sell Opel cars in the UK

244km tops speed why hasn't anyone updated its specs
