according to Walter Röhrl who drove the 7:56min this car can lap the Ring quicker, the 7:56min lap wasn´t a all out laptime attack run. Walter claimed that he drove constant 8:00min laps with the Panamera Turbo with THREE test engieers plus test equipment on board.

All you need to know is that its a Porsche...Nuff said.

It's impossible to compare the RS6 and the Panamera on paper based on just hp and weight numbers. Gearing, tires, transmission gear change speeds, weight distribution, etc.

It seems that the Panamera will have more torque than the RS6 but I don't know how the torque curve will be.

It's impossible that car which has 80hp less than rs6 is faster than audi (I mean acceleration), because both of them have the same mass at about 2000 kg so please correct data.

Panemera has been on sale for delivery for a few months in South Africa and we usually a bit behind the rest of the world. Personally i think it looks terrible. Saw a few of them being hot weather tested in northern cape by factory test team end of 2006. they test them there without camo for high speed hot weather reliability (permit to drive as fast as you want on open roads in 55 degree celcius and above temperatures) same trip we also saw an undisguised baby rolls royce, the one being released one day in the near future

Remenber now, the CTS still has plenty of fight left to shave of a good amount of there ring time. But i dont know, i know the caddy is fast and all, but i just dont know, if the Caddy can take this thing. bettung Against a Porsche...not a good thing...but maybe..
