Before 2001 C5 Corvettes (excl. Z06) had 345hp/350PS and 475 Nm (Euro versions 344 PS and 483 Nm), 2001 to 2004 Corvette had 350HP/355PS and 509 Nm.

I know..I know please don't shoot me!

Last post on this page is like a year old.Either way I'm pretty sure that Evan Smith (the Ford "GOD") has done 12.66 @ 112.68 with a C5 Coupe or Z51 or whatever you call it.

I think that feature was posted @ GMHP magazine and MM&FF magazines as well.I also heard that the staff of this website has been working on a new generation website. If it's not updated here I'll ask you to post the 12 sec time.In the mean time..I'll try to dig the 12.66 pass from google.

lol how couldn't I see the issue dates! I think it's enough with only issue date and exact page numbers are not needed especially if they are so hard to find (10 years old magazines)

The link does list the Car and Driver issues that the times were taken from although they are old magazines so its not very likely that we'll find exact references.

That is a great find! But actually I found it before, however, back then it had less lap times listed. One interesting chart that caught my eye was "Nelson Ledges Raceway" with 13 lap times. The only problem is lack of background information. Author of the post says that these times come from "Car&Driver" tests but what we need are exact issue and page numbers for each of these lap times.
