Me:

Ferrari 360 Modena Type F131. 400-metric-horsepower, 3.6-liter, naturally aspirated flat-plane-crank V-8. Mostly 6-speed stick-shift, with occasional 6-speed sequential "manual" which is really a more masculine version of an automatic. Don't judge me, I am far more manual than automatic either way. Can you please guess my political and religious views? I'm a gasoline car born in Italy if that helps.

ChatGPT:

Looking for someone who can handle a real Italian stallion? Look no further, because I'm the Ferrari 360 Modena Type F131 of dating prospects. With 400 horses under the hood, I'm not afraid to take things fast and furious. And while I may have a stick shift, rest assured that I'm far more manual than automatic in every way 😉 As for my political and religious views? Let's just say that like any good Italian, I have a strong appreciation for tradition and heritage. So if you're looking for a classic ride with a little bit of edge, buckle up and let's hit the road together.

Basically the 360 is just a slightly faster and more reliable F355?

User avatar

hostboy  2y ago

The last real entry-level Ferrari sports car that isn't a grand tourer. F430 escalated this segment to a whole new level, competing with or even beating 911 Turbo instead of just Carrera S

Incredible car.

Controversially I prefer the F355 in the area of aesthetics. The baby 512TR is beautiful.

Please change the first picture, it shows a Spyder, not the Modena.

Yup, that's a 360 Spyder, alright.

@Ferrari driver
Yeah, it's Spider there. No roof.

User avatar

The car in the first picture is a Ferrari 360 Spider, is not it?

Ferrari is always an exciting event because of the heady mix of styling, performance, and heritage.

@Mike use the add perfromance figure and don´t use the message interface...

messge could get lost in message traffic... added perfromance numbers always show up in our Administrator interface.. if the source is correct we approve it and the new/improved number gets added

Ferrari 360

power, tested weight (with fuel), tested acceleration 0-100 / 100-200 / 200-240 km/h, tested top speed:

360 Modena (1999-2004)
400 ps, 1427 kg (95 l), 4.5 s / 10.7 s / 8.8 s, 298 km/h

Challenge Stradale (2003-2004)
425 ps, 1365 kg (95 l), 4.3 s / 10.1 s / 8.4 s, 300 km/h

The best thing about the 360 is the sound of the engine. I saw a u-tube where a guy put a camera in the cockpit and punched it going down the street. The engine note is simply intoxicating. And I\'ve read that the 458 is supposed to sound even better! Hard to believe.

User avatar

James  15y ago

This picture is clearly wrong. The modena is the hard top and the spider is the conv.

i am also surprised this got such a fast time at Tsukuba. i never would guessed it would have done such a time.
