This car is a Z28 competitor, not a GT500 Dragster. If they can keep prices at $60K (like Dodge did with the Hellcat), this will be a winner as the Z28 MSRP is $75K. I bet this thing beats an M4. The US is bringing power and performance to its middleclass. Good job Ford.

Seems to be more of a Boss302 evolution than this 350GT.

@ Mental: If you thing it's enough, I'll tell you something that far more embarrassing. It's limited to 350 unit. What the hell are they thinking? Build a limited cars that run slower than Shelby GT500? This should be better than that! You're right! It makes GT350 looks bad. The only hopes is this car can beat GT500 on tracks.

Ugh, this car also seems to me ridiculous... I don't understand the sense of this car as there is GT500 already. It's the same supercharged GT500 but with less respectable performance. Standard engine is just senseless, if it produces only 10 hp more than the basic Mustang GT.
But now.. hell, it looks totally ruined! They completely messed up the front! Why to hell they even touched it? Couldn't they design it like GT500?...
This is a bad tribute to the old good GT350...

They create it! And this time it's not prototype. It cost USD 26,995,00 for standard and USD 33,995,00 for supercharged. This car is based on Mustang GT 2013 but with tuning kits both from Shelby and SVT. Powered by 5.0 Liter V8 from Mustang GT, capable to produce 10 more horses than standard Mustang GT. Supercharged version also available as optional with range from 525 to 624 Hp. They guarantee 0-60 mph can achived less than 4 sec and 1/4 mile around 12 sec. They also estimated top speed around 190 mph.
