That photo is actually of my 1998 Type S prelude :D
Still goes hard and looks as mint as the day I got it.
You can hit the top speed in 4th gear, it is electronically limited to ~190km/h. If you hit it in 5th gear you are doing over 6400rpm so I don't think it would quite reach 250. Maybe 220-230 before it redlined at 8200ish.
Such a fun car, glad I got the Type S. I've dragged off a turbo Skyline a couple of times, but they obviously come flying past once you get to 100km/h.
Highly recommend if you get the chance to buy one.
