Zeperfs database verified, I trust. Period nothing to discuss.

https://zeperfs.com/en/fiche2147-koenigsegg-ccxr.htm

Verified
0-300km/h = 24.7 seconds?

That's slower than the previous generation model. Their other two claimed metrics are or are near to a full one second off.

So their 0-300km/h is WAY off even if you use the Koenigsegg One:1 300-0km/h braking time in seconds wouldn't change. I'll see what else exists. But on that evidence, I'm not convinced I'll find anything, anywhere.

So as set out below>

25.5- 7.3= 18 seconds 0-300km/h for this car approximately.

It has 1000hp a 200hp increase over the previous model. I know the differences between Bugatti Veyron to Bugatti Veyron Supersport numbers which were also a 200hp increase from 1000hp to 1200hp respectively.

My initial thoughts are, well it's going to be very hard.

https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/concept-cars/134980-sport-auto-special-0-300-0-km-h.html

Unfortunately scans do not exist for EVERYTHING. But I did find this. 0-300-0km/h details plus everything in between for the previous generation Koenigsegg CCR which ARE verified and confirmed. Some of the magazine scans are visible.

Anyway the only thing I'm interested in is>

Quote>"300-0 km/h: 7,3 s."

Because I want to extrapolate the 0-300km/h number for the Koenigsegg CCXR. Which they kindly didn't provide.

This is NOT particularity EXACT but I've got nothing as else accurate.

1018 Bhp at 7000 rpm
1080 Nm (796 ft/lb) at 5600 rpm

Total length: 4293 mm (169″)
Total width: 1996 mm (78.6″)
Total height: 1114 mm (44″)

Quote>"Acceleration:
0-100 km/h 2.9 seconds
0-200 km/h 8.75 sec
0-200-0 km/h 13.0 sec
0-300-0 km/h: 25.5 sec

Top Speed: 400+ km/h (250+ mph) (without rear wing)"

So let's dig a little and see what actually and factually occurred to the last of the supercharged Koenigsegg's.

Quote>"DRY weight: 1280 kg (2821 lbs)."

So in actuality it's going to be 1400KG or possibly over! I knew the above figure didn't look right? And I just proved it! ;)

So this is the one, I believe where after which no independently organised tests were ever done. That's OK, we've got CC8S, CCR and If I recall correctly (I've been investigating alot of early hypercars) the CCX it's enough. But I'd of loved to have seen a 0-300km/h time.

@YoungSinatra
Your wish came true, haha they now make them with the option for F1 shifters

User avatar

phavyarden  14y ago

I completely fell in love of this car after see Fast Five.

User avatar

Apathy  15y ago

I agree. I\'ve never seen a Koenigsegg I didn\'t like. Then again, they\'re all virtually the same so I guess they can\'t make a bad one...

User avatar

YoungSinatra  15y ago

Well I guess hell must have just froze over because I have to agree with everything (Anonymous) said about this car. I just wish Koenigseggs would give us the option of F-1 paddle shifters.

awesome cars  15y ago

User avatar

BumRush  15y ago

Yeah, that will do it lol what about that Longest road in North America that Top Gear was talking about on that US trip? is it really just straight?

User avatar

E  15y ago

Drop the car out of a C-17 over a 15,000 foot long runway.

User avatar

BumRush  15y ago

What people need to do is find a perfectly straight road llong ass road an try these top speed record brakers, but i cant think of one, or maybr they could build a Loooong tarmac road for top speed testing, that wouldnt be a bad idea.

User avatar

donky  15y ago

@ george, the ccr achieved 241 mph on the nardo, which is ROUND and results in a 30 degree angle on the tires causing more friction, thus limiting top speed, u can look for the file on the koenigseggboard.com 1st page, christian von koenigsegg afterwards claimed he is more than confidant the ccr can break 245

bob  16y ago

I know they r very slow but even though it was the official web site, i dont belive 'em

User avatar

BumRush  16y ago

Sorry Bob, but i damn sure dontbelieve those stats, specially considering what ive seen the CCX do..

User avatar

venom  16y ago

the power is not fake :) they squeezed MORE than a gt-rs worth of bhp/ton to the original ccx and the owner is now invincible in a highway battle.

He likes skinny girls that are flat chested?? compared to the 400lbs girls you like? lol (not that theres anything wrong with that! but i have to agree with Mr Anonmyous up there this car is great, BUT, its pointless to make a super fricken fast car even faster, and much more rarer, it just doesnt make sense. thats like having a girl with a 34ff bra and suddenly she decides to get implant to make them 38mm, and that my friend is just like this car, which is pointless just like them (Not OverSized..lol) but udderly stupid and fake, and pointless fake ass tittys.

User avatar

Anonymous  16y ago

Its like having a girl with an awesome body and huge tits, but MR.ANONYMOUS thinks that would be too much because he likes skinny girls that are flat chested?? Thats why they make so many cars and so many awesome cars, take your pick and appreciate either one!!

User avatar

Anonymous  16y ago

If the engine doesn't catch fire while running, there's no reason not to add more power.

User avatar

Anonymous  16y ago

mr anonomous do you know what you are talking about here.

User avatar

Anonymous  16y ago

because this car is pointless!! i love it dont get me wrong, but its udderly pointles.the CC V8S with 655bhp that went 240 was PLENTY fast for anyone, then they make an 806bhp Monster, than they put Twin SuperChargers on the CCX and give it 1018bhp? its udder nonsense, just like the ZR1 Corvette, the ZO6 is fast enuff, but Nooo, they put a Fricken LS9 in it which generates 132 MORE bhp, its stupid, plus they ONLY made 6 CCXR's whis is even MORE rediculas, i love it, but cars like this shouldnt exist!
