If you are talking about the top speed I think it's believeable.
Ferrari Testarossa has about the same power and probably around the same CDA and has the top speed around 300 kph. Testarossa is lower by quite a margin, but it's Cd is 0.36, while Hammer is only 0.27.
Also claimed horsepower rating could very likely be underrated for the Hammer.
