Actually the correct curb weight is 1645 kg (for the Euro-spec model), which is far less than 3961 lb

My 2000 w210 e320 v6 weighs 3, 624 lbs ( Curb weight ). Fully loaded ( full payload) to maximum produces a gross weight of 4,685 lbs.

1645 is correct for this W211. In pre-facelift form. I have the owner's manual at hand:
Topspeed is 245, not 250, however. But it could plausibly be 250 for later model years with 7 speed box. Don't know.
0-100 also seems like facelift 7 speed result. 5 speed version is likely nearly second slower.
