In Shelby's brochure : Shelby GT500KR had bigger 200 rpm than standard GT500 in 1968.

@ Super8 Your data is much better than the other one . 1968 1/2 Shelby GT 500 King of The Road :
360 gross hp @ 5400 rpm, some say 400 , 3665 Curb Weight ,4 Speed and 3.25 final ratio .1/4 mile : 14.7 @ 98 mph. 0-60 mph : 6.2 sec . 0-100 mph : 15.1 sec . Top speed : 150 mph .

Sorry the final ratio is 3.00 not 4.56

According to top speed.com, this one actually has an output close 450 Hp but Ford say it only has 360 Hp while in automobil-catalog it has 400 Hp and it might be Net Hp

@ admin : Please don't delete this car cuz i got more complete data than the old data that ???????????? post before. Drag coefficient of this car is 0.45 (claim from ford). The one that i post is the optional 4.56 final ratio with improved Top speed in order to keep 1967 GT500 Super Snake Top speed
