1999 they made 249 production series 1, after 2000 they were sold without the internals......no engine or tranny ect. 2006 they started making the series 2 but they ran out of cash due to new US restrictions, so only 3 series 2 were built

Ford should just buy the right and make there own version as a tribute, Along with a new Cobra already.

Agree even as Ford fans were all getting tired of seeing that shity GT supercar that's so damn overpriced then less powerful than its Rivals by the way Corvette ZR1 will beat it on the track. I'd actually like to see the Thunderbird with the GTS version making 750 horsepower

it was released with a 490 some odd hp motor, not 100% sure though. these and the bmw z8 are worth waaaaayy too much now lol. Granted if I were rich i'd be willing to pay the 500k-->1 mil for each

It actually had over 600 hp, and it's also only a prototype, never actually produced.

yes it does it came out in i (think) 1998 with a 320hp 4.0l Aurora V8 than in 2003--orso it came with newer rims slightly biger brakes slightyl lowered suspension and bigger tires and a few interior mods and with a 450hp sc Aurora v8 so...yes it really does exsist..
