I drive my SSS (2015) 8yrs already. Whit 113500km(71000miles) on odometer it's still very good funny small car. My average mpg is 39,2. Sometimes it lacks power but I loved it. Everyone who doesn't try can never believe how great this car is for its price.

The current Suzuki Swift Sport (136hp) is much faster with 50,000 km on the clock. Most road tests are done on new cars with tight engines. The SSS beats the superb new Mazda MX-5 and a late-model Golf Gti turbo around the Magny Cours track in France, according to zeperfs.com.

The Suzuki Swift Sport is claimed by the manufacturer to be 8.7 s 0 to 100km/h. It was tested in perfect conditions 15°C, to be 9.23s 0 to 100 km/h by CAR Magazine in South Africa at sea level.

@goro: Wake up boy!
1st read the information, we are talking about the 2012 SSS, this car declares 134 bhp, I haven't seen a dyno so I don't know if there aren't more horses there.
SSS: 134bhp/1045kg = 0,13 bhp/kg
Cooper S: 184bhp/1215kg = 0,15 bhp/kg
Doesn't it look possible to you yet?
My car has now 13000 kms, and keeps doing the same times, I timed it last week on 6,78 s, let's say my margin of error is 1 second (and that's waaaay to much!!!), then my car is doing 0-100 in 7,7 seconds.
You can cover the sun with one finger, but it's still there.

Apathy, I understand you haven't watched the videos I attached to the comment.
Believe me that my video wasn't shot in downhill nor any trick like that and in fact there's also a video shot by a automotive website doing almost the same times I have done.
Regards.

I have done it in under 7 seconds.
More closer to 6,5 seconds in fact.
That car is much faster than what brochures say.
