2000 GT competition

The Mr2 Spyder is actually very rare in the U.S., even in California (there are probably more here than in other states though). Depending on the source, the number of Toyota Spyders sold during the entire production run from model year 2000 to 2005 amounts to only 24,000 or 27,000. Based on current registrations of only 21,000 it seems the sales figure of 24,000 is more likely. That makes the Toyota Spyder about as rare as a Ferrari 360. From reading the owners' forum "Spyderchat" it seems most owners are guys, and a lot of them use the car in competition or as a weekend toy. Of course the Spyder has a decent sized interior, but no trunk which kinda limits its usefulness. The Toyota 2000 GT is even more rare, and exotic. Its big disadvantage is the very small interior; Sean Connery barely fit even after they cut off the roof. :)

@ Super8: You've got her number?! Dude! We mostly have country girls where I live, and sadly, most of them are married. It's mostly black girls who find me attractive, I don't know why, I'm the whitest dude around. BTW: Speaking of Asian girls in James Bond movies, I think Chu Mi in The Man With The Golden Gun was hot. LOL :D

Without any doubt, this 2000GT and Supra are the best Toyotas ever to come. 2000GT is a dream car. :)
Yeah, I remember that movie. Very impressive, and as always with artific British humour. :)
Although I'm usually not about Japanese girls, Aki was pretty nice. But still, I would prefer that red-haired Osato's secretary.. she was evil though, but that does not matter. :D

Yep, a very pretty Toyota. Looks quite like a Jaguar E-Type, but smaller. For the James Bond film "You Only Live Twice" they made two of these rare cars into convertibles since Sean Connery was too tall to fit in it otherwise. :) Jay Leno recently drove one of the white roadsters from the movie, but they only let him drive it around the parking lot of the Toyota museum. :)
