Ferrari is not "much more faster" on the track.

@BR2+
Wow, you are just unbelievably dumb and arrogant. This gibberish you're spewing out is just pathetic.

User avatar

At least mayby it will be allowed to test 488 against Golf TDI or Fabia 1,2 ?

User avatar

BR2+  10y ago

No they will not!! If you have a 488, There will be a red dot pointed at you at all times if you even mention the word comparison, Or Porsche or Chevy or Nissan, he first test of this car will be in 2020, And shortly after the owner will be banished from purchasing a Ferrari again....The he will go and buy a 911....

User avatar

Thats a big question : will 488 GTB be allowed to take part in serious comparison tests against serious competitors such as 991 Turbo S, 650s, Huracan ?

User avatar

GT4RS  10y ago

488 gtb will demolish the 991 turbo s.

User avatar

dddd  10y ago

@BR2 Why ?

User avatar

according to fastestlaps.com Huracan>991 Turbo S>458 Speciale

Interesting comparasion.
The best Driver's car on earth, fun, N/A V8... vs the best all-rounder supercar.
As a daily commuter I chose 911, as a weekend toy - Ferrari.

Dude, hate to break it to you, but the "wet" handling lap is wet for all cars. It's not like the Speciale happened to do it in the wet, and the Porsche didn't

User avatar

dan23ouro  10y ago

@Fastestlaps i do however think that if there is a wet or damp lap you should be able to exclude it from the system

User avatar

confusing  10y ago

Also In the "Compare" mode would be nice to be able to manually exclude from the list of comparison tracks, which laptimes is incorrect to compare due to different weather conditions, pilot qualifications, etc. And if the car has a few results on the track (for example - Porsche GT2RS: factory claim â€[quote] 7:18, Sport Auto â€[quote] 7:24), the ability to manually select the one that is correct to compare.

User avatar

confusing  10y ago

please delete 2.9 for 60mph. This side is confusing to new people only old members understand most of the data especial when it comes to car comparison. for example, one will have power to weight ration of ABC, other one will have no weight captured. The one with weight captured automatically wins. why Fastestlaps? It should exclude some factors if one does not have. Only compare things that both cars have.

FastestLaps  10y ago

Different tests. With different conditions - weather, road surface, tyre temperature etc.

User avatar

RSfan  10y ago

How can the Turbo S have a time of 2.9 for 60mph & only 2.8 for 100 kph ???

User avatar

dddd  10y ago

You mean that 458 S has crappy 250-300 km/h acceleration ? Yes it is a fact. 250-300 time is horrid.

But 0-250 is very good by any standard.

Anyway it is a discussion on very stratospheric level because for me and for very most ppl cars such as 360 Modena or 991 350 hp are very fast.

I thought just posted yesterday that straight line speed was really about above 160kph because that's where your favorite F12 excels. Oh so now 0-160 is most important?
