I would prefer the Ferrari in this comparison. I like the naturally aspirated V12 and prefer it over the V6 hybrid. The Ferrari is faster on five of the seven dry tracks. V12s sound much better than V6s. The well noted reliability of Honda models however does make it a close comparison, with the slight edge going to the V12 Ferrari provided it is reliable enough. I have a feeling that Honda (Acura in the U.S.) charges a lot less for services.

Ferraris are notorious for having terrible costs to keep running perfectly. If you ever hope to own a Ferrari, you need to make sure you have an extra 100k put aside for maintenance in addition to the cost of the car. If it's an old Ferrari, you have to make sure you take care of it and not drive it often, because if certain parts need replacing, there may not even be a single part in the market you can replace it with. Anyway I'm still going with the Ferrari because of that V12, the badge, and I generally prefer slingshot silhouette cars (long front, greenhouse area far back) RWD cars than rabbit looking (more forward cabin) AWD cars. Besides, the Acura (being hybrid) may cost just as much as the ferrari in maintenance because those batteries and hybrid tech from the mid 2010s don't last forever.
