Unbelievably close actually. Just 2 seconds in Shanghai and 5 seconds in Spa. And consider that LMP1 cars are basically "reliable high milage diesel trucks" compared to F1 - they are built for different purpose and with different priorities (longevity). Yet they still are this crazy fast. Or were, rather...
