@WOoOdy

my guess is the different looks closer as they realy are..the Scirocco R northloop laptime was driven by Stuck... even highly talented racer and car tester Steve Scutcliff claimed that he is nowere near the talent of Stuck so the TT-S Horst von Saumra northloop laptime comapred to the Scirroco R Stuck northloop laptime is little bit missleading. Most likely Stuck would be much quicker in the TT-S than Horst von Saumra. If you look at the other laptimes the TT-S is up to 2s quicker on shorter tracks. With DSG launch controll both cars are pretty similar in straight line speed... the big different is... the moment it gets slippery the Scirocco R is lost..in the straight and around corners. Both are pretty easy and cheap to modify... with the TT-S offering more upgrade potential thanks to the AWD system that get the extra power better to the ground...
See Reader Motorsport modified TT-S with ECU remap(~300hp), exhust, coiloverkit, mov´it brake and lighter wheels with semi slicks is able to get into the 7:50min range at the northloop and into Gallardo/R8/911 Turbo Hockenheim range

When you look at the times and what you get for the price... The Scrirocco S is a real bargain and serious performer for the money... Not as sexy maybe as the TT-s, but is that worth a 25%+ price? I'm wondering... I would go definetly go and compare the Scirocco R with the TT-s before deciding... that's a BIG pricegap.

So is there a way to \"exclude wet lap\" in order to have a more fair comparison?

the compare system at fastestlaps is based on laptime different not on how many laptimes won or lost.. wet laps always mix up such compares

How possibly the \"VW Scirocco R is noticeably faster\" than the Audi TTS when the TTS is only 2 out of 7 track slower (with one the TTS is on the wet lap), and TTS accelerate faster too. Something is wrong with the calculation?
