How many of these were same day besides Vegas? The only thing that's really a win for Porsche is Luk (and SA wet test, if you want to count that).

Yeah, put that Porsche motor in a truck and see how long that lasts.
Funny how some think that because the LSX motor is heavy-duty enough to be used in a truck is a bad thing, put 2 turbos on it and it can make 2300 HP, too, ever heard of a 2300 HP Porsche?

How can anyone mention these two cars in one sentence?
The Porsche is perfection sent down from Heaven, the Corvette is an iron bedstead covered in plastic dragged out of a junk yard, it simply has a truck engine fitted.

It's obvious that the gt2 is faster than the zr1 if we talk about tracks , but we should wait more tracks test to prove that
Anonymous 16y ago
on a drag stripe and 1ft roll out like the zr1 1/4 mile time was done the gt2 would get those 2 points easily

I read this somewhere:
"just read the feb issue of excellence (Porsche Magazine) which compares the two on track at infineon raceway driven by johannes van overbeek (Porsche driver). gt2 1:49.2 and vette 1:48.8. states run flats on vette and r compound on porsche probably reason was so close."
Somewhere else the times are different: Porsche GT2 1:49.2, ZR1 1:48.1
Anyone knows more? Can someone enter the times?
