Maybe most don't have 4, But even if that was the case, This would do just as good as a Turbo for everyday use. Most people with a family don't use such brash cars, but there are people who do. Like Hamcee said, The backseats in 911s are a joke unless your a midget

..Clearly you don't know my wife..Actually she didnt have a problem wearing a skirt(To my dismay) in the CSR, passenger or driver, And if that is the case, That wouldn't matter in a GT2, Elegant is only what you make of it, But, I guess your suggesting some type of fancy dress no? Ball gown spaghetti strap type of wear.
But like I have said, I have gone to get my weekly groceries in a CSR and an Atom, So there is no reason why I wouldn't in a GT2, You don't need a boot to put things in, Unless your overhauling everything and need a BIG amount of space, Its not really needed.
I think the problem here, Is your OVERlooking things. If somebody had 4 kids to pick up from school, we all know nobody would bring a GT2, Or £400 of food they needed to get, They wouldn't bring THIS type of car.

well BR2, your wife won't be wearing anything elegant or a dress or a skirt to get in your GT2RS. No point in getting a car that women wouldn't get in with you. Or maybe that's not what you want to begin with everyday...
and to use the GT2RS as everyday car? you can't carry anything in it =/ that means you need another car like a people carrier.

In my case, there wouldn't be any difference in either car if I were to use them as every day drivers, I used a CSR 210 and an Atom 2 as my daily driver for a full month with no problems, Wether it was picking up the wife or getting groceries, So I would be fine as could be with an all out track car as a daily driver. I think ALOT of people OVERestimate those words, "Daily Driver" I use my SkyLine in the wet and winter just fine, and im running A0s at the moment, Its never really the car, Its more you then anything,

Even though the Turbo offers more comfort and would be less challenging to drive in daily use, I'd take the GT2 RS as well.

Why even compare ? Mayby for fun ? Mayby because these two cars have similiar acceleration (on paper) but there is a big difference in power to weight ratio (on paper)...Mayby because it is interesting to compare AWD supercar with super tranny with RWD supercar of huge power with RWD and manual gearbox ? Mayby because these supercars are ones of the fastest Porsches ever ?
And i think we can find tons of other reasons.

Why even compare road oriented cars with track oriented cars?
Track car doesnt need so much low range torque, have diffrent gear ratio. 991 have AWD and PDK which help in real life, but You could give it up on track or if You drive for fun.
991 for ure is more complete car, but if someoe already have 5 cars i the garage it doesnt matter.
And btw where are come from people who cares about straight line and standing start speeds? Are they traffic light racer or what?
