Basically the F40 should be faster than XJ220 on lower gears. Running fast the Jaguar come to be faster. But important factor is how much fast are singularily the cars taken. As always.
Concerning the EB110, the GTs in its specification, are usually slower than both other two cars the XJ220 and F40. The EB110 SS car is a much more difficult question to focus because these are very different cars one from the others. Some cars are heavier than others, some other are powerful than others, some were provided of GT interiors and heavier than cars fitted with racing leather seats and lighter panels leather covered. Some SS cars are really prototypal cars built with variable engine and body part solutions and provided today of refurbished engines that comes with experimental settings or higher power units, other cars were delivered SS that comes for GT chassis. Some other SS cars were equipped with GT engines, units upgrated to higher specs, because completed during the backrupt of the factory. During the end of the factory some cars were assembled and completed with just available parts, also. Some others were more standardized SS cars one time the production started with regularity than other SS built earlier, so hard to focus as one single performance. Some others cars again were built completed at Dauer, because uncompleted during the assembly line and than completed later at German factory, completed with lighter materials and upgrated engines. Overall EB110s are heavy cars and their acceleration are much affected by losses coming from their AWD transmission. This does means are very effective cars starting an acceleration from zero, that's for sure because of the traction can can explode power easily down on the tarmac immediately on the very early meters of the acceleration, but performance progressively decrese based on how the car was really singularily performing by the engine ability and the mass of the vehicle...
The F40 was produced with more than one distintions regarding the specification of the windows oof the doors, and the distintion of uncatted or catted engines before to talk of turbochared engines variables, being engines singularily assempled and registred on dyno. Also was produced a small production of US cars with their own caracteristics of production indicated for their contries as crash test and emissions permission. All these distinctions make the F40 fast with varibles as exposed from long. This is why performance are indicated on how was the single car because othe their weight and power.
The XJ220 were cars produced very identical one to the others, but engines were delivered with a normal constant of variables being a turbo engine, with just some distintions of the spec of the turbos or a powerful kit available as the S version. Decatting was a easy deal with that car because cats were easily remouvable as added parts.

The Jag should have a 0-60mph of 3.6sec - above it says it can get to 100kph (62mph) quicker than it can get to 60mph - impossible!
Autocar tested the XJ220 at 3.6 sec to 60mph back when it was released. This was with two people on board and a full tank of fuel

Even though I shouldn't be replying to you....Ehhh Wrong!

Completely wrong.

F40 is fastest at track and EB110 SS is fastest at straight. But I would take McLaren F1. F1 is faster than any 90's car everywhere and in any conditions.
