A45 is the first Mercedes A I really like the exterior of. It looks much cooler and is more sportier.

@Jankes You cannot judge from one lap, however A 45 amg appears to be general overrated. The performance does not match the power. If a VW can have the same power to weight ratio the mercedes will be killed. I was thinking of getting this car but non of the tests so far matches the power. In overall, a 45 amg is a good car.

@Shaggy And TT roadster have heavy folding roof and weighs more than A45.

You guys may take some track times too seriously beceause we dont know what is true limit until pro-racing driver will do few very good laps, learn track and car and try to set-up the best possible lap-time. And still one can do it better or worse than another.

..I think the term SportsCar, back in the day ment a smaller then average car, in convertible form. And its meaning still means that today. Atleast where im from.
Very few people here would consider a A45 AMG a "SportsCar" And im not one of them, Performance car yes, SportsCar no, I personally wouldn't consider a car like this to be one. TT

RS3 will clearly keep inline5. Does it matter if same engine is used across? I don't think so. I hope the next golf R comes with 2.5l from RS3.
