Jethro "For this car to achieve this time on standard PZeros is something else."
So far so good, when he said Corsas?

Why can't you guys just watch the video?

Not only did he say standard. He said

1.) Standard
2.) PZero Corsas

So how much more explicit can you get?

Officially confirmed by evo?
Corsas? Why he said standard (means stock)?

No, not on Semislicks. It was on PZero Corsas, as specifically stated by the EVO presenter.

Probably on Dunlop semislicks instead of the stated PZero. Inconsistent time compared to 918, P1, 458 Speciale.

Even if Jethro is right and 991 Turbo S is stock, evo's Anglesey Coastal lap times are not plausible, TS quite as fast as 918.

Oh god. A roof improves car stiffness. The person who goes into specific tire pressures and models of the same brand same make tire doesn't know a car WITH a roof is better at handling than one without.

Lmaoooooo!

I note at 7:35 in the video, Evo now acknowledge 1:11.2 as the proper time for the P1 following 918 tyre revelations.

Saxy - wouldn't necessarily go any faster, it's not a high drag circuit. What this time demonstrates is the inconsistency of magazine testing. Autocar Dry Handling shows the 458S 1.3s faster than the Turbo S. Balcco shows the standard 458 1.6s faster the standard 2011 GT-R 0.5s faster and now the 2012 GT-R is 3.3s slower.

Every now and again magazine testing just throws out an inexplicable time. Last week it was the C7 Z06 Sachsenring time, this week it's the Turbo S Anglesey Coastal lap. Maybe a month ago, it was the P1 Laguna lap, inexplicably slow, inexplicably bad braking performance.

Lol which begs the question, how much faster would the 918 go if given a proper chance with the roof on.

Good time.
