Awesome Aston Martin. This is a top competitor to the 250 GTO. Amazingly! According to the data on this site, both weigh the same 1100 kilos, both produce 300 horses, both are front engine / RWD GTs, and Aston has more torque having twice less cylinders than Ferrari has. This would be a very exciting competition!

And both are damn rare and expensive.

Great Aston Martin. It is amazing how light they were able to make this considering how inefficient the chassis/frame is designed. Lots of heavy steel plate as the main platform, and some steel tubes supporting the very light aluminum body. Not efficient, but they did well with it in this case. Very fast car in 1960!
