Well, my math is not very good, too, I almost failed the 8th class because of math, therefore I searched on the internet...
Speed of light: 300000 km/s = 1079252848,8 kph
So you are right, 1.9897873324 X speed of light = 2147483647 kph. (Maybe there is a little mistake in this calculation, though.) :D
Afterwards I also noticed: I forgot it is kph, not kps. Maybe you will be able to avoid a star. 8D

If my math is correct(which it very well may not be), that's nearly twice the speed of light. Not even the goofiest of science-fiction shows and movies get that ridiculous; at least they employ Warp Drive or whatever when they need to go faster than light.

That is up to the discretion of the mods. Concept cars are definitely not allowed:
Submission of cars
3.1 All cars in fastestlaps.com database must be road legal.
