@ Shaggy: It's limited alongside with Coronet Hemi in 1964. One of them is used for NHRA named Dodge 426 Hemi lighweight here the link:

It isn't a Polara, the Dodge Polara was not available with a 426 Hemi, which confuses me even more, what is this?
@ Super8: The Government allowed Chrysler to put the 426 Hemi in this car because Chrysler lied about it's power output, which I don't blame them for doing, the engine is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay underrated at 425 horsepower, some speculate it's actually 480, a stock, restored 426 Hemi was put on a dyno a few years ago and registered 862 horsepower.

@ Mental: Page for lightweight version

It's only available on close ratio only and had incredible 1/4 mile times

I think on a track it would be quite slow (except NASCAR tracks). I'm sure that on, for example, Hockenheim any 60s Ferrari would have problems with this beast, cause Dodge is too heavy for 60s and too long and it creates problems with handling.
So the only way is to compete in NASCAR.

This is the fastest Dodge in 1964 and the most powerful Dodge all time. This car is first car that fitted with Hemi engine. However, in 1964 Chrysler still not designed Hemi for street use so they decide to put a mighty Racing 426 Hemi engine to this car then they mild it a bit. The performance is very impressive cuz it can beat both Corvette and Cobra in straight line even with 2.94 long ratio. The most incredible about this car is this one is faster than Ferrari 250 GTO both in acceleration and top speed. However, the street performance is so bad. It will overheating if you drive it below 60 mph and the acceleration is to wild and hard to control even the driver hit the pedal slowly and smoothly. This case also happen in 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona R/T cuz it has almost identical Hemi engine like this car.
