@ Mental: An Aston Martin One-77 Police Pursuit car, that would slow speeders down and end a lot of high speed pursuits! They'd see that in their rear view mirror and just "say screw it, I'm pulling over". 8D

@Shaggy
"imagine, an Aston Martin DB9 Police car,"

Are not you enough with the police One-77? :D

@ Mental: I saw it, pretty cool, imagine, an Aston Martin DB9 Police car, 8D, unfortunately, the site was in German, of which I speak very little.

@ Fangio Man: The Dodge Charger PPV is a common police car where I live, as well as the Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor, Chevrolet Caprice Police Package, the new Caprice is only available as a police car, and the Ford Taurus Police Interceptor is gaining popularity, albeit slowly.

The Dodge Charger makes a good police car, it doubles as a squad car and a pursuit car, with a top speed of 172 MPH, it will outrun just about any vehicle in my neck of the woods. I've heard of some police departments using Corvettes as pursuit cars, as well as Mustangs and Camaros.

I like those Polica cars.
Some of them are ugly but nice idea though.

Veyron police-interceptor... Dubai only... It just turns into Need for Speed Hot Pursuit! Although, I pretty much guess these schick police vehicles won't be used by purpose... I suppose that's just another way for Dubai to show off and attract more tourists. And it works!

What's next? LaFerrari police-interceptor? Or Lambo Veneno patrol car?... That's ridiculously senseless and wasteful... but so Impressive! I'd like to be Dubai's cop! Yes, I'm sold!

The Dubai Police also ordered a Veyron but haven't taken delivery, yet.

I've found an interesting article about exotic police vehicles from Autobild. (Click "Zur Bildergalerie" to watch pictures)

http://www.autobild.de/artikel/supersportler-im-polizei-einsatz-update-3947165.html

There you got the best cop's weapons from all the world. From Korean police-Diablo to some insane Texan interceptors.. From New-York's pizza-police-mobile (LOL) to VW Transporter... Especially astonished me Dubai's police department that keeps Aventador, SLS, Ferrari FF, Camaro SS (that seems to be some cheap Caprice in line with these exotics) And one of $1.8 Aston Martin One-77! Watch and enjoy! ;)

Shamefully, I had no experience meeting any spectacular police car... My local police department provides only crap-cars... If you are lucky, you'll see some old BMW 5-Series, or Opel Omega... But, once I had a chance to see a police Mercury! Even that was piece of crap, but amazed me because cars of such American brands are Extremely unpopular in my country, and I met one as a police vehicle, pretty much unexpectable! I would be less amused watching police Bentley.

@Shaggy
Heard of it.
It was tested in AutoBild sportscars some months ago.

A 2011-2013 Dodge Charger Police package Georgia State Patrol car sped by my house last night, I saw it as I was standing in my back yard, heard it, too, man, that car sounded awesome, the roar of an American V8, especially the 5.7 Hemi is just about my favorite sound, what an aggressive note!

Great car, I'd get a charger R/T Max, though, this car is only a Daytona by name.

It should be a kind of succesor of the old Charger Daytona.
Big spoiler,MORE Power,...

But the colour looks fabulous!

The new Charger Daytona. Obviously there is no tech difference to the simple R/T Charger. But whether there were no basic R/T model in the database, I've added Daytona. 2500 units of this specversion will be built only for US.
