Was this road legal? I think so. And it's a 12-second car. The 1967 Ferrari 330 P4 with 450 horsepower goes from 0-60 in 4.4 seconds-blasting all the way through a 1/4 mile in 12.5 seconds at 113 mph, but sadly it wasn't road legal.

Predecessor of 250 GTO. It has same power to weight ratio as 458.
