I look at back at this bad boy and I just don't know where all the years have gone, and so very quickly. Shaking my head. Anyway a whole aftermarket tuning industry and incredibly impressively engineered cars were the result of all the Ford Cosworth cars.

There was actually a very rare engine upgrade (aftermarket) that was available on the previous Ford Sapphire Cosworth's. It would have been an absolute peach in this.

I like the spoiler becuase it adds a ton of downforce to the back wheels and it wont spin out but its just enough to drift i drive one took it to some race tracks i had fun and my cars handbrake and me became best

The spoiler also creates lots of downforce, planting the back end.

They needed to add it to the road car because it was needed at the WRC race car, and during that time only things that were stock at the production car were allowed to be used in the WRC.
The amazing time of the many Evolution road going models (long befor Mitsubishi Evo).
M3 Evo, Mercedes 190E Evo I and II, Delta Integrale Evo I-III etc..1980´s early 1990´s best time of Motorsport...

All Ford Escort Cosworth were build at the Karman plant in Germany, Cosworth only reworked the engine.
