Why the GTA Spano was deleted? BTW aren't only 4 or more wheel cars allowed to add?

It doesn't have 4 wheels. Is it a problem or not?

There's a tuning company that makes a 300bhp turbo version of this. I bet that can shift. I wouldn't want a 3 wheeler that has turbo lag then a sudden kick of power when it only got 1 wheel of traction. Mind you in the reviews that I've read this has pretty good handling and grip.
