Holden does not make cars in Australia because it's part of GM. Opels, Vauxhalls, etc. are still American. Australia, Germany, Pakistan, UK, China, Canada, Mexico, South Korea, Japan, etc. are just different kinds of assembly plants made by GM--that's all. However, Suzuki makes cars (and motorcycles) in Japan. But still, almost all cars manufactured by GM or Ford Motor Company are made in the United States.
