Well. A modified Chevy SS has been recorded doing 195.5mph in a full mile stretch. Even when my G8 was completely stock, on the original 6.0 L76 engine (no cam, no exhaust, literally nothing) it hit 145mph while I was playing tag with a C7 corvette. The cars accelerate well. Give it maybe a couple miles with this LS9 variant and it'll break 200mph for sure.

They should have brought this here with the Buick badge and the GSX name. Buick GSX, like the Chevy SS but with this motor! CTS-V performance for ATS-V (and CTS V-Sport) price!

Maybe so but its still cool, And Australian cars tend to last a good deal, Plus this model name came out 20 years ago, The cars platform may be aging, But nothing wrong with a little old school. And the GTS-R W1 is limited to only 300 units with 225 being strictly for the Australian market, And i believe there is alot of V8 SuperCar racing history behind the badge, And it is there very last Gen-F car, So they might as well go out with a bang.

And the naming.. my God, I can't make any sense of HSV model names. It's a total mess of random letters and numbers.

Omg they still making this thing.. All those facelifts and power increase won't mask the fact that this is aging car.

The most interesting thing about this beast, Isnt the big power, But the fact that it comes "Standard' with Pirelli PZero Trofeo R tyres, I dunno why, And seems rather extreme for a big saloon car, By goodness.
