@ Super8: We have the Nissan Cube in America, it doesn't sell very well.

I know you probably forget this one but I got some list here about cars that you can never have outside Japan.

I think it should be a Lexus!

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toyota_Crown_Majesta at bottom of pagee it says car can hit 374 kph

I want Best Motoring back and them feature this car and run it against likes of M5!

Toyota ought to build a supercar with this engine, it could take on the Nissan GTR. ;)

In America, when you say Toyota, people think Prius, Corolla, Camry, that's why Toyota needs to sell the Crown in America, so more people will take Toyota seriously, it's not like Toyotas don't sell well here, heck, America's roads are crawling with them, if every member of my church showed up, there would be 12 or 13 Camrys of varying years in that little parking lot. But when people here want a cool car, they don't think Toyota.

@ Super8: Whoah, this is one bad Toyota! I like it, I've heard that Toyota has a big V12 limousine/sedan, they ought to sell this in America, it would attract a few customers. 653 horsepower and 833 LBS FT of torque, in America, that's unheard of in a Toyota.

@ Mental: Tune up my friend. Not standard. LFA will never reach that performance without tune up and it's long ago when still a prototype.

User avatar

Hamcee  4y

makeing the LFA hit 0-100 in 2,3 secs. LOL sure
with the biggest dragslicks maybe, but then again, every sportscar can hit it

That is a nice idea!
Well done Toyota!
A V12 instead of a Prius...
YEAH!

User avatar

Mental  4y

I have never heard of this! It shocked me!

..So the most powerful productioned Japanese car is this heavy Toyota that doesn't much differ from Camry?.. wow.. I thought LFA was... I wonder it's so much unknown in the rest of the world, some magazines had to type about this.

The engine is amazing. V12! I don't know any other Japanese road-legal, manufacture car that came with V12.

But the rest of the car is sooo ordinary, trivial. If they are producing these thing especially for emperor's family, they could care about the design much more...

Anyway, I would never afford this car even with its engine, even if I was at the top of Japanese government.

"It make LFA hit 420 kph and reach 0-100 kph in 2.3 sec"

Sounds too optimistic. Though Toyota has to manage with LFA's successor, I wish this supercar line will have the future.

Unatractive look make this car a succesfull Sleeper/Q Car in Japan. More powerfull than Lamborghini Gallardo and Audi R8 V10, faster than Brabus Maybach, and has faster max speed than Nissan GTR. A closer rival to Rolls Royce Wraith

@ Apathy: Toyota already do research by put this engine into Lexus LFA. It make LFA hit 420 kph and reach 0-100 kph in 2.3 sec but the engine weight will make the car has slower laptimes. Top Secret tuner also use this engine and fitted it to Toyota Supra. It reach 375 kph.

It's not very attractive, is it...
It doesn't look special either.

No doubt it's filled with luxuries and gadgets, but I'm not at all surprised that it isn't available outside of Japan.

What they SHOULD do is take what sounds like an amazing engine from this and put it in the Lexus LS.

But that would require Lexus to actually inject some soul into the LS...

The unique thing about this car is it has remote control system that enabling the owner to control the car without driving it. The car has 8 camera so the driver will have clear vision when driving inside and outside the car using remote control. It was designed by the Toyota owner himself.

@ Fastestlaps: Sorry it's AWD not RWD. Please change it.

This is the crazy Limo made by Toyota. Toyota only produce total 55 cars and 5 cars is already ordered for Japanese Imperial family. It's for Japanese market only so you will not see this car outside Japan unless somebody import it by him/herself. It featured V12 engine and created by the same team that create LFA V10 engine. Even it's a 2 tons limo but it's very fast. 0-100 kph only in 4.6 sec using sport mode and has top speed 260 kph limited. According to Toyota, it can reach 322-330 kph unlimited which mean it has almost same top speed as Lexus LFA. But you will not get fast lap time with this.
