Interior shots of tsukuba show a full interior, so it sure looks like a 400 GT. It looked like it was slowed down by a beat up gearbox though.

Today, main part of 400GT/Trophy engines has been upgrade to the 500LM spec 1: 430-450bhp.
Some cars have been modified in 600LM-600SLM (first row in 24h Du Mans qualification, just side to the first McLaren F1 GTLM) with an ultra boosted engine: power between 600 to 686bhp max

The laptime was not made by a 400GT but by a 400Trophy.
And this car was the first time ever to be sold with F1 carbon brakes.
It's the reason why the car come back like a bullet in the mirror of the F40
