Cant get much more Retro then a Morgan, not too mention the insane amount of quintessentially British it is, and the pure amount of Olde English that's put into it, Hard to put more of one nations full country into a car, Wiesmann I would put at about 60% of true "Germaninity"(-_-Shut up) Wiesmann never really got there face out in the public, atleast not a big amount to be fully taken notice of, no real performance breakers or anything new, no speed records. There prices didn't seem that bad either, similar to 911 Turbos, but I guess most people went for the Turbos(As would I)

I guess those who were into modern retro stuff all bought Morgans...

That is really a shame:( One of the few company if not only company to actually use the right size rims for there cars.

But its true what Shag said, you barely saw any reviews, or herd of anyone buying them, they had the most awesome looking factory, good looks, interior wasn't bad, and they offered manuals still in Europe, I really hope somebody bails them out, would be such a damned shame if they went bust just like that.

@ Mental: I'm not surprised, I've never heard of anyone buying their cars, I think they're mostly a contender against Morgan.

Schoking news! Wiesmann is bankrupt!

"German car maker Wiesmann has reportedly filed for bankruptcy. The German district court in Munster did not indicate any of the financial details that led to this point. Wiesmann, famed for its retro-futuristic sports cars, has been in business since 1993."

from - http://www.autocar.co.uk/car-news/new-cars/quick-news-gm-goes-wireless-saab-restarts-9-3-bmws-virtual-vision-wiesmann-trouble

I expected that, but.. that's so sad... Wiesmann was an eccentric automaker, their production was unique.

@Shaggy
Obviously not. ;)

@ Mental: That's the most awesome Weismann I've ever seen, the engine is no doubt from a BMW M3.

"but how much is it over a MF4-S?.."

Anyhow, actually. CS weighs just 20 kg less... Has a spoiler, and the main - an extinguisher... Estimated performance is claimed to be the same... Maybe at least at the track it would be at least 0.5 sec faster?.. if it will ever see the track...

Meh, Nothing special, Was goona add, but i figured id let you do it, this doesnt really excite me, its not a bad looking car, interior is Meh to, I dont think those new aero part do it justice either, but how much is it over a MF4-S?..

The new updated Wiesmann MF4 - ClubSport. Only 25 units are going to be produced. And I wish this performance-oriented could see much a more significant evolution, not just a bit dropping the weight and adding a spoiler. I'd love to see it producing something up to 500 PS already. About the design, I like the way how the side view looks, but I've never liked the front.. ugh, those dualed tiny headlights are awful, why didn't they just connected to one?...

Well, Wiesmann could take more efforts on creating a real performance beast with the beautiful, aggressive, really classic body.
