yeah, it will take the absolute best of cars to beat the best of bikes, unless it's a very rough dangerous track. I'm pretty sure an Ariel Atom 3.5r or any hypercar will beat all bikes for the majority of tracks, albeit costing a lot more. but different machines have different purposes. And superbikes are quite similar to racing bikes, albeit with more weight. But road cars are very different to racing cars for safety, emissions, practicality. A road bike will pwn a road car, but a racing car will pwn a racing bike.

Bike beats all cars on track. This doesn't happen often. Obviously, there was a professional rider and very good tyres involved.
But, as far as I can tell, those tyres are street legal.
