these top gear magazine times seem really fake

I see this happening all the time, If i put 1:50.1, It puts it as either 1:50.2 or 1:49.9, Same with adding acceleration times or top speed, put 4.2s 0- 60, Then it shows up either 4.1s or 4.3s, Same with top speed, Its always either 1mph over or 1mph up...
Not on every car or time, But almost 80% of the time.
