Maybe Best Motoring are just shit when they're not driving a GTR like Sport Auto and 911s.

I don't trust best motoring tests at all.

The only reason I buy this lap time is because of how well it has done with other drivers behind the wheel at other tracks.

The 2011 GT-R vs R8,SLS and Turbo was like a GT2 car lapping GT3 cars - no contest. The modded Ferrari 430 could probablby challenge it but it got stuck behind SLS.

Mercedes SLS was star Nr2 of that particular race - could easily keep up with the R8 and even challenge it.

The Porsche was insanely fast at the start and outgunned GT-R in straights.

3 seconds faster than a 997 Turbo S, an SLS AMG and an R8 V10 5.2 FSI in the same test. Nice!
