Yeah, probably somewhat wrong, as it is smoothed, but not sure if the error could be that big (20 kph).
If you hold back slightly and keep it 230 max, instead of 250 but go just as fast everywhere else, the overall lap time difference could be small.

This is the speed chart as calculated by the AIM Solo timing device, using GPS. Peak speed is 149 mph (239 kph), so it appears they apply less smoothing than I do, but it is not a 20 kph difference. More like 10 - 11 in this case.
