I believe what happened is Harry's Laptimer has start/finish line in wrong place and when you exported your lap, it only gave you this one hotlap, starting and ending around Harry's incorrect start/finish line.
If you could export your whole session/recording, this issue could be fixed. Otherwise, you can see your lap in the wrong config here:
