Probably the regular E46 M3 is much better buy, because I can imagine the CSL prices have gone to the Moon and Mars.

Actually no, Surprisingly, There between £43,000 and £85,000, Originally they were £58,000 in 2004, Base price, Depends on miles n who you buy from, You can get a normal E46 for about £14,000 n higher, Its a good but a difference, But i totally would.

I think I’d prefer the E90 M3. They are dirt cheap but it’s too bad I need my car to be reliable. My last one didn’t turn out well.

I think they are all due for full engine rebuild. The E60 is the same. There is no such thing as free lunch.

E46 engine is more robust and without known issues like the crank bearings. And you also get much better tax bracket as a bonus to spend on other repairs which will no doubt be needed sooner or later :)

Best car right now is VW Polo 1.2 diesel. And wait until the bubble pops and you get some good deals in the used car market again with all the plebs defaulting on their car loans :D
