FastLaps, Hennessy has severl different HP upgrade kits for the STR8 which can give as little as 530HP right up to their top of the line 1000Hp upgrade kit so I believe people were talking about the different packages...

Although i would`nt hesitate a second if someone wanted to trade his cayenne turbo S or ML63amg with me!

I own a Jeep srt8 and with simple mods as tune and intake i beat the crap out of corvette c6, porsche gt3 996, slk32amg tuned to 500+hp in the 1/8 mile. @1/4 or highwayrace its another story:(

1000 bhp? Wait a minute! I recall someone saying that Hennessey Jeep had 600 hp. Then someone above claims it has 800 hp and now you say it's 1000 hp. There's certainly a pattern developing. With each stupid comment regarding the Hennessey Jeep, hp rating increases by precisely 200. So next commenter will definately say that it has 1200 hp, then 1400 and so it will grow until several years later the world economic crisis will be solved by a new, completely free alternative energy source - a Hennessey Jeep Cherokee SRT-8 power station with zillion imaginary horsepower.

But isn't it wierd that 0-60 time isn't affected by this obvious power increase? I remember it already "did" 0-60 in 2.9 when it had just 600 hp.

hey i didnt tell you shit! i just asked if you had somthing against Hennesssey. dont be confusing me with others. anyhoo why is it so hard to believe that a 4500lb suv with 4wd and 1000bhp accelerates faster than a KingEgg at 60? last time i checked the GTR did also.
