The Porsche wins based on a.w.d. and the quickest 0-60 mph time of all production cars. The problem with its predecessor (the 2004-'05 Carrera GT) was it was actually a tweener, taking on both GT cars such as the Ferrari 575 Maranello and the Lamborghini Murcielago, and hypercars like the Enzo and the Bugatti Veyron (which was actually released in 2002, but entered production about three years later) in terms of pricing, performance, demand and production; it is still not as expensive, fast, overappreciating or rare as the Enzo, but beats the 575M in all of these aspects. BUT! The Porsche 918 is a real hypercar unlike the CGT. Lambo, Porsche, and Bugatti are all VW's exotics (one of the brands is literally not as "exotic" as the others).
