458 Speciale is the fastest by a small margin.

However, does not have enough lap times and performance data to make this comparison conclusive.

If we go by official curb weights, the Ferrari 458S weighs "just" 1395kg, while the C8 Corvette Z06 is likely to weigh 1520kg (per reasonable estimate, based on both engine displacement and body style).

605/1.395 = 434 PS/tonne (Speciale)
639/1.520 = 420 PS/tonne (New Z06)
659/1.598 = 412 PS/tonne (Old Z06)

The advantage over the "old" Z06 is that the "new" one that will "actually" be chasing after Ferrari will be using a dual-clutch, instead of a synchronized manual or automatic that's used in old-school, V8- and V12-powered American muscle cars, British grand tourers, and German super-sedans.

This is why the improvement by "8" mhp is more than just an improvement. Don't look at just the power-to-weight ratio. The "new" Z06 is going to shift lightning quick and chase after the 458 Speciale in a straight line. The supercharger whine is gone so there is a chance we will have an opportinity to see its true power come out.

Not to mention, the C7 Z06 was barely faster than the C6 Z06. Supercharger adds weight and lowers mechanical efficiency. Why do you think a 2021 Jaguar F-Type R can't keep up with a BMW M8, even though their official power-to-weight ratios are nearly the same? (Hint: it's not because the BMW is "underrated.")

Supercharged cars are relatively "good" for track attack, but not so much a dragstrip. If you stuff a TVS R2650 supercharger into a 495hp Z51, it will (in theory) produce (8.812÷6.162)×495=705 (rounded down to the nearest 5), but if we go ahead and add these two horsepower numbers and divide them by 2, you get the "real" number from 85-100% of top speed. A 705hp supercharged 'vette in this case makes an honest 600hp.

This is why a C6Z was actually faster than the C7Z, at least in the post-130mph department.
