The Charger R/.T is a beautiful car. It's lower cost helped make it extremely popular. the 426 and 440 version seem to rule especially in nascar. However I'll take the Buick 455 hi-output 420 hp over the hemi any day, Reason was the Buicks torque, The Buicks extra cost was/is well worth it.This is not just my opinion but the consenses of some better engine builders as well. My dream build: 1930 Buick coupe / 455 h/o , Ford 9 in, and a 5 speed. Dream ON !

A well tuned 440 can run neck to neck with the Hemi, BUT the GSX CREAM'S THE MOPAR EVERYTIME.
