Yet the gt3 destroys the 765 around Hockenheim by almost 2 seconds per lap. In a full race, the 765 will be lapped by the gt3. Mclaren is for bragging rights only

In a straight line race 765 makes the Porsche look like it has accidentally switched into reverse.

In a full race, I think it is the Porsche would be the one in a trouble. Cup 2 R tires quickly lose grip unlike the Trofeo R, however on the same rubber supposedly 765LT will be generally quicker.
In addition, when talking about overtaking, it will be extremely difficult for a driver of GT3RS to pass 765 in a corner, but in a straight line McLaren will eat Porsche easily.
Another question is whether the comparison of cars with 500 and 800 hp is fair...
