MP4-12C: 60-100 in 3.2, 5-60 in 3.6 (gap between 5-60 and 0-60 =0.7)
Aventador: 60-100 in 3.4, 5-60 in 4.3 (gap between 5-60 and 0-60 =1.3)

Car & Driver never tested the F12berlinetta, but its sister magazine Road & Track sure did!

Road & Track
F12berlinetta: 0-60 in 3.1, 0-100 in 6.8, 5-60 in 3.7. Chop 0.2 off in each aforementioned result with higher-quality tires.
60-100 in 3.7; gap between 5-60 and 0-60 is 0.6. This car is surprisingly not far off in straight-line speed from the C7 Z06 and the 991.1 GT3 RS!

If I were to choose I'd easily pick the F12 over these two.
