yeah i suppose thats right, the differences on track arent too big imo and can just be down to margin of error so i'd say equal

i do like the giulia, but if i did have the money i might take the rs6 as i love the interior, comfort and estates in general

that's nonsense. lighter cars have always been the advantage and not the other way around. The fact the MUCH more practical RS6 can nearly match a much smaller sports sedan on the track, is actually impressive

"Extremely close" Not really actually. If you list the average acceleration times the Alfa falls behind fairly quick. You should have compared it to the new Giulia QV so it has a chance.

Also if you count in the hp loss per year, the Alfa also has a disadvantage cause it's older.

RS6 is AWD, that is why it's faster from a dig...rolling accelleration is pathetic from the RS6 and so is 18m slalom.

Ah yes, slalom, the ultimate testament of performance in a 2 ton wagon. Give me a break.

Also it STILL accelerates better after 200 despite AWD so I don't know what you're trying to say.

u should've said the track scores are extremely close cuz u cant deny that

also a 2.2 tonne car is never going to be good in a slalom, where lightweight, rapid change of direction and low centre of gravity are important. three things an rs6 doesnt have in spades. the giulia is much lighter and has better tires so i would be disappointed if it didnt have a much better figure
