It depends. If you’re not a collector or hard core racer I think the regular M5 Comp will be a better all around car. They stripped every bit of weight out of the M5 CS, the seats look less comfortable and I imagine some of the extra things like sound deadening was removed to reduce weight as well. Also super sharp and responsive steering and suspension with high feedback is not as fun as a daily driver. The CS is for all intents and purposes a race car and theres very good reason most people don’t daily drive racecars.
All that said unless you’re a racer looking to shave every second possible off lap times or 10ths of a second off 1/4 miles times I can’t see the CS being worth it. The performance improvements will probably be negligible for the average person while the overall comfort and ride quality setbacks will be noticeable.
