Does it have A/C? Otherwise I'm not buying it.

All modern Alfas have A/C, why would this one be any different?

I dont think you need A/C in an Opel Wheeler

This is very important, you know? I need A/C when driving this up in the hills. If it doesn't have a roof at least the A/C should work.

Opel Wheeler? Sounds like an interesting car

This is proper, true open-wheeler, but this category is used for hardcore closed wheel sportscars like Radicals as well. So its hard to even describe this category in terms of what it means in Fastestlaps. What it means in general I think is very clear - a car with exposed wheels.
